1. Definitions

Client: The individual or entity requesting cleaning services

Service Provider: King Jon Cleaning

Services: Cleaning services provided by King Jon Cleaning as agreed upon in the quote.

2. Service Agreement

Requesting a Quote: Clients can request a quote by contacting King Jon Cleaning via phone, email, or our website.Acceptance of Quote: Upon receiving a quote, the Client must accept the terms and pricing to proceed with the service. Acceptance can be communicated via email or written confirmation.

Scheduling: Once the quote is accepted, King Jon Cleaning will schedule the service at a mutually agreed time.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are as stated in the accepted quote. Any additional services requested by the Client will incur extra charges.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

King Jon Cleaning accepts cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges. The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the collection of overdue payments.

4. Service Conditions

Access: The Client must provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Preparation: The Client is responsible for ensuring the premises are ready for cleaning (e.g., removing personal items, securing valuables).

Safety: King Jon Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if the conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice without any additional charges.

Cancellation by Service Provider: King Jon Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather). In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible.

6. Liability and Damages

Liability: King Jon Cleaning is not liable for any pre-existing damages to the Client's property.

Damages: Any damages caused by King Jon Cleaning's staff must be reported within 24 hours.

King Jon Cleaning will assess and, if deemed liable, will repair or compensate for the damages.

Insurance: King Jon Cleaning carries liability insurance to cover damages directly caused by our services.

7. Confidentiality

Privacy: King Jon Cleaning respects the privacy of our clients. All personal information collected is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Amendments

King Jon Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next service appointment.

By using King Jon Cleaning's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
